Embers Ski Lodge is kicking off its Embers Cocktail Master Class series on Saturday, October 3. Gary Hayward, international cocktail expert and mastermind behind the bar program at Embers Ski Lodge, will be teaching guests how to create craft cocktails from learning the proper ingredients to mix with base spirits as well as tips and tricks for using bar equipment. After receiving a tutorial from Hayward, participants will break up into groups and be charged with creating their own cocktail which will then be housed on recipe cards behind the Embers bar enabling the proud creator to return and order the cocktail for themselves and their friends. The Embers Cocktail Master Class series will take place at Embers on the first Saturday of every month from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. starting October 3. Each class is limited to 25 tickets.
